In this class, students will learn to more effectively read, write, listen, speak, and critically think. They will also explore a variety of aspects of the Hispanic cultures. The vocabulary that is emphasized during the first year of studies includes the people, places, and activities of one’s daily life. For example, students will learn how to describe likes and dislikes, school and classes, friends and family, eating, the community, celebrations, and home.
